I'm Harry, a Technical Project Manager based in Toronto. At Stryker, I lead hospital software implementations from scope through go-live, coordinating Engineering, Product, vendors, and clinical/IT teams around integrations, validation, and delivery risks.

Previously, at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, I led an Agile team building an ML gait-analysis app, coordinated cloud-based model development, and introduced digital prosthetic workflows that reduced production lead time by 30%. That experience shaped how I connect technical decisions to the needs of the people using a system.

How I work

I start by clarifying the problem, identifying constraints, and defining a manageable scope. I translate technical dependencies into execution plans and work with stakeholders to surface risks early. My personal projects extend that practice: the triage assistant explores AI boundaries and human oversight, Patient Logger explores access control, and this portfolio explores repeatable cloud delivery.

I'm interested in technical project management opportunities across healthcare technology, cloud platforms, and applied AI. Outside work, I follow the NBA and Formula 1, travel, and search for great local street food.
