Clinical Alert Triage Assistant
A simulated clinical alert workflow: rules set severity and routing, AI explains the result, and humans review.
- Kept severity and routing under deterministic control; the LLM only generates explanations
- Built a structured explainability standard covering the alert summary, contributing factors, uncertainty, and deterministic rule trace
- Added rules-only fallback, recorded human review and feedback, and an inspectable decision history
Integration Reliability Sandbox
Send a synthetic alert through a working API and follow what happens when the receiver fails or replies too late.
- Stored delivery jobs and retry schedules in PostgreSQL so work survives restarts
- Separated delivery acknowledgements from processing records to make timeouts understandable
- Added duplicate protection and manual replay that preserves the original attempt history
