Hi, I'm Harry, a Technical Project Manager from Toronto, Canada. I design and deliver systems that sit at the intersection of clinical workflows, real-time communication, and cloud infrastructure. My focus is turning complex, high-stakes environments into reliable, scalable solutions.
I also love the NBA, Formula 1, travelling the world, and hunting down the best local street food in every city I visit.
Explore the projects and posts below to see how I work, what I learn, and how I keep pace with modern platforms.
Featured Work
Clinical Alert Triage Assistant
A simulated clinical alert triage system built around one constraint: AI explains alerts, rules and humans decide.
- Designed a rules engine as the severity floor — the LLM cannot downgrade a critical alert or override deterministic thresholds
- Built a structured explainability standard requiring summary, key factors, routing rationale, uncertainty, rule trace, and verification guidance
- Implemented fallback-to-rules-only mode, human override flow, feedback capture, and a full audit log for every decision
Other Projects
Patient Logger App
A full-stack clinical task tracking application with multi-tenant data isolation, role-based access control, and a containerized stack.

Imported a production-style AWS stack into Terraform, validated zero-drift, and automated deploys.

What I've delivered in production:
- Led implementations across multiple hospital sites with complex integration requirements
- Worked on systems involving real-time communication, alert routing, and clinical workflows
- Coordinated across technical teams, vendors, and frontline healthcare staff
Current Focus
- Deepening system design and cloud architecture skills
- Building production-style applications that reflect real-world constraints
- Exploring how AI systems integrate into operational workflows
